At Champions many of our youth join our integrated leadership program which enables them to become leaders in the community and to learn valuable life lessons. Our leadership program targets the self confidence of our students so they can stand up for their own decisions and make the right choices from what’s right from wrong. It never fails to see the Champions Leadership team blossom into talented and confident young adults. As young as four years of age children can begin learning proper decision making, thus by the time they hit high school, they have the self confidence to make the right decision.

Instructor Training – AI Team

At Champions our Assistant Instructor training program (AI) is one of a kind. We focus on developing strong interpersonal and communication skills for children, teens and adults who are looking to share what they have learned with others. This program teaches students how to become a leader on and off the mat. Students will participate in community events, and learn leadership skills that can be applied instantly in their lives.

Some of the events that AI Team members will participate in include the following: kidnapping prevention, anti bullying, confidence through karate, public and private school demonstrations, back to school, Goal Setting and Time Management seminars, assisting in classes, monthly staff training and leadership training workshops.
